2 RESERVATIONS and PAYMENTS
• BOOK EARLY! Seating will be assigned upon confirmed payment of your tour
• FULL PAYMENT must be received by 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING or your reservation will be CANCELLED
• Payment can be made to Fehr-Way Tours by cheque, cash, Interac, Visa or MasterCard (Post-dated cheques will not be accepted to guarantee your seating)
3 CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you cancel or transfer your Day Tour between the time your reservation is received and until 72 hours prior to your tour, a $10.00 administration fee will be charged per seat
• NO REFUND will be given if you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure
4 DEFINITE DEPARTURE
• A minimum of 35 passengers is required to guarantee departure on all Day Tours
• Fehr-Way Tours reserves the right to cancel a Day Tour up to 7 days prior to departure with a full refund to passengers. If you decide to transfer to another Day Tour, we will assign the best seating available.
5 TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
• Transportation aboard a deluxe Beaver Bus Lines motor coach
• Lunch or Dinner if indicated
• Admission to attractions
• Tour Director (except for on Festival Tours)
6 TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
• Gratuity to Tour Director/Driver
• A.M. and P.M. coffee stops unless otherwise indicated
7 TOUR ITINERARIES
• Schedule changes may occur and in that event tour management reserves the right to make any adjustments in plans which may add to your comfort and well-being on the tour
8 PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PASSENGERS
• Are more than welcome to travel with us, however, you MUST have a capable travelling companion to assist you at all times. The office must be notified of any disabilities when reservations are made. Some tours may present difficulties for the physically disabled.
9 HELPFUL HINTS
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours
• All tours go rain or shine; come prepared
• Bring a sweater; weather may change or you may find it cool aboard the motor coach
