If you are paying with cash or debit, you will need to come to our office after making your reservation over the phone. Thank you for being so considerate as we try to avoid unnecessary congestion in our office.

For the health and safety of our clients and employees, all passengers must wash their hands regularly and wear their own appropriate masking aboard the motorcoach and where social distancing is not possible.

Those 12 years of age and above must provide proof of being fully vaccinated and carry it with them at all times.

When travelling outside Manitoba, the Pan-Canadian Proof of Vaccination Credential (PVC) is required. It can be downloaded to your phone, but you should carry a paper copy with you.

6) GOOD MORNING WINNIPEG BEACH & GOOD AFTERNOON GIMLI

Enjoy a short stop at a flea market in Winnipeg Beach and a free afternoon in Gimli. Gimli is a beautiful lake town located along the shoreline of Lake Winnipeg. Spend free time exploring, shopping, walking along the pier, and visiting the New Iceland Heritage Museum.

Optional time can be spent at the Arnes Farmer’s Market in the afternoon before leaving for home and a stop to purchase fish at Sveinson’s if interested.

There is no Tour Director on the motorcoach for this tour.

7) HECLA ISLAND

Surrounded by spectacular Lake Winnipeg, Hecla Island is one of Manitoba’s most beautiful and lushly forested areas. A step-on guide will give us a driving tour with opportunities to get out and walk around to take some photographs.

While in Hecla, enjoy lunch at the Lakeview Hecla Resort. Enjoy some free time in the town of Gimli and an optional stop to purchase fish at Sveinson’s en route to Winnipeg.

8) LAKE OF THE WOODS CRUISE

We’ll make a brief morning stop at Falcon Lake en route to Kenora. Enjoy shopping in Kenora before boarding the MS Kenora (Wednesday departures have a flea market in Kenora). Cruise the islands of Lake of the Woods. A luncheon will be served on board while you view the beauty of the rugged landscape. Stop at West Hawk Lake in the Whiteshell on the way home.

9) PASSION PLAY

A delicious hot dinner is served at the Pembina Threshermen’s Museum in Winkler. Have the chance to go through the museum after dinner. This evening we’ll attend the Passion Play, performed in the lovely outdoor setting of the Pembina Hills. Bench seating is reserved, but feel free to bring your comfy lawn chair or seat cushion.

10) FROST FIRE DINNER THEATRE – THE SOUND OF MUSIC

Travel to Frost Fire Theatre in Walhalla, North Dakota, for the production of The Sound of Music. A delicious Sunday brunch in Winkler is included before taking in the musical performance in the covered amphitheatre.

We require your full legal name as per your passport (including middle names or initials), birth date, gender, and citizenship. Non-Canadian citizens may need a visa to enter the USA.

Experience the beauty of the Lake of the Woods as you head east to the Whiteshell Provincial Park. Morning stop in Falcon Lake, then on to Sioux Narrows on the eastern shores of the Lake of the Woods. Enjoy lunch before strolling through Sioux Narrows and visiting one of the local gift shops. This afternoon, enjoy a brief stop at Rushing River, then West Hawk Lake, for a break on your own.

12) BLOOMIN’ GREAT GARDENS

Today we visit the lovely town of Carman for their annual Graden Tour – it’s bloomin’ great! View 6 beautifully landscaped yards and gardens while enjoying a light refreshment during our tour.

Enjoy a lovely lunch in a beautiful setting. After lunch, we’ll visit the remaining yards and gardens before cooling off with an ice cream treat at Syl’s Drive Inn.

1. RESERVATIONS and PAYMENTS

Book early! Full payment must be received at least 7 days after booking to retain your reservation. Payment can be made over the phone with Visa, MasterCard or American Express, and in-person with cash, cheque, and Interac.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

A $10 per seat administration fee will be charged for cancellations or transfers until 5 days before your Tour. No refund will be provided if you cancel your day tour within 5 days of departure.

3. DEPARTURE INFORMATION

Designated pick-ups are specified under each Tour’s departure. Please specify your pick-up location at the time of reservation. The office must be notified of any changes to your pick-up location at least 72 hours before departure. Free parking is available at the Fehr-Way Tours office at your own risk.

4. DEFINITE DEPARTURE

A minimum of 35 passengers is required to guarantee departure on all Day Tours. Fehr-Way Tours reserves the right to cancel a Day Tour up to 7 days before departure with a full refund to passengers. If you decide to transfer to another Day Tour, we will assign you the best seating available.

5. TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

Transportation aboard a Beaver Bus Lines motorcoach. Meal if indicated. Admission to attractions. Tour Director (unless otherwise stated).

6. TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Gratuity to Tour Director and Driver. Morning and afternoon coffee stops (unless otherwise stated).

7. TOUR ITINERARIES

Schedule changes may occur. Tour management reserves the right to make any adjustments which may add to your comfort and well-being and enhance the Tour.

8. PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PASSENGERS

You are more than welcome to travel with us; however, you must have a travelling companion to assist at all times. The office must be notified of any disabilities when reservations are made. Some tours may present difficulties for the physically challenged, and our motorcoaches are not wheelchair accessible.

9. HELPFUL HINTS

All tours go, rain or shine, so please come prepared. Wear comfortable walking shoes on all trips. Bring a sweater; the weather may change, or you may find it cool aboard the motorcoach.
