OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

While we are ready to welcome you back, we have a few things to share with you regarding health and safety to make sure it is an enjoyable experience for everyone.

These are some of the important new steps and procedures that we have adopted so you can reconnect to the joy of travel, and support the local communities and destinations we love, with ease and confidence.

To meet our commitment to passenger safety, we have changed our booking procedures to include signing a Waiver of Liability and answering the three Pre-Boarding Screening Questions included at the bottom of this page.

There will be a maximum of 27 passengers permitted aboard each motorcoach to allow for physical distancing for these day tours. Each person travelling as a single will have an empty seat next to them, and doubles will share two seats together.

All of our guests are asked to thoroughly and regularly wash their hands and sanitize them when required. New hand sanitizers have been mounted on the front entrance of each coach and are freely available for your use. Please bring your own face mask (gloves too perhaps), and additional hand sanitizer if you wish. If you don’t have a mask, they will be available at the cost of $1.00 each.

Beaver Bus Lines is sure going the extra mile to make us all comfortable and safe. Coaches are sanitized before the start of our tour and have always been kept to very high standards, but they recently have taken additional measures to elevate hygiene and sanitary practices. UV-C lamps will be installed to reduce viruses, bacteria, and mould in the air, and a disinfectant deodorant fogger with all-natural ingredients will sterilize interiors the night before to kill germs and provide protection for 24 hours. Drivers and Tour Directors will regularly clean and disinfect all surfaces including, handrails, door handles, tables, seats, overhead compartments, and washroom.
